I am always treated like a VIP when using Fletch’s sales or service. I would have given a 5 star but the issue I brought my car in for was not fixed. They have already scheduled another time for my vehicle to get fixed

Came in for check engine light. Found out there was also a recall. Both completed without charge.

Couldn't be more happy with experience! James walked us through everything and made the entire process easy and seamless. Dealership even drove our car and delivered directly to us!

It took a couple of days to get parts, but repair was completed in a reasonable time and the had a nice loaner vehicle for me to use.

Basically, I paid money for what I already told them was the problem. I said it was in the wire and they spent the entire time figuring out that it was in the wire. This was already done by a GMC dealer in Florida. I kind of understand it because it’s hard to trust other mechanics. But I basically paid for something I already knew and told you and no work was done on it.
